How do I place an order?
At lvls.eu you can click on the product you want to order. Then the product page opens.
From this screen, choose the desired size. Then place these in your shopping bag by clicking on 'Add to cart'. Next, click 'To Cart' at the top right of the screen.
On the cash page, enter your details and payment method. You now click "Finish Order" at the bottom right. Your order has been placed! You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We will pack it well for you and send it on time. Note that if one or more products is a pre-order, they will not be sent immediately.
What is a pre-order?
A Pre-Order is a product that needs to be made. In the description of the product you can see how long it takes before pre-orders are delivered. After you have paid a pre-order item, it will be processed immediately. Cancel can only be sent via our customer service email.
What are levels, and how does it work?
Lvls.eu is a clothing brand that combines items between men and women. It is therefore wearable and of good quality. We are demanding in our designs and only want to sell exclusive items. An online platform with professional and personal service.
All our collections have Limited Editions. This means that in addition to the standard collection there are 1 or 2 items available, which is only available.
What is the status of my order?
We will keep you informed of the status of your order by e-mail. If you have questions about this, you can always email us.
Can I change my order?
Do you want to change your order after you pay? Contact our customer service directly. If your order is already out, it can not be modified anymore.
Are the prices shown including VAT?
Yes, all prices on our site include 21% VAT
I have a complaint, what should I do?
If you have a complaint, you can contact us via the contact form. You can also send your complaint by e-mail to email@example.com. If possible, send a picture of the complaint. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and contact you within one or two business days.
How do I know if my order has gone well?
If your order has passed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be passed to the headquarters and packed. Once the package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation.
How do I enter a discount code?
Entering a discount code can be found at the 'shopping cart'. Below you will find the discount code, discount code, and discount. After completing the order, it is technically no longer possible to process the discount.
Are sold products still coming in?

You can only pay with us via iDeal, Paypal. From Belgium it is also possible to pay with Bancontact.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive the invoice through the email you provided. This will be sent with your order.
When will my payment be processed?
Virtually all payments are processed immediately.
Are there any risks to online payment?
Lvls.eu guarantees the security of your data. All data and payment information are sent in encrypted form.
What happens when I'm not home?
Then the postman will always try to deliver the package to one of your immediate neighbors. Your tracking number lets you see where your order has been delivered.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 1 day, and then sent. We strive to ship within 24 hours as soon as possible.
Can I follow my order?
By means of the link you receive from us, you can follow the status of your package.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You can simply specify a different delivery address when you process your order.
Do you also deliver abroad?
At present, we deliver in the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, England, Germany, America.

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service directly. If your order is already out, it can not be canceled.
Can I return for free?
If you want to exchange or return an item, the costs are for yourself.
Can I return my order?
You can return your lvls.eu order by signing up your return within 14 days of receipt of your order. It is important that you send your package back to our office within 14 days of this application.
It is also important that the products are not worn. Of course you can fit! The items must be returned in the original condition including all labels. In all packages you will find return instructions.
How will I be refunded?
The method of refund depends on the way you paid your product. When paying via iDEAL or PayPal, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which your order has been paid.
When will I get my money back?
Once your return order has been received and accepted, the refund amount will be refunded. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your return notification (revocation) has been received by us.
Where can I send my products?
Do you want to return your order? Sign up for your return. Then you can return your package to us via the return form (in the delivered package).
In what time do I need to return?
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to report the order. After you have notified us that you want to return your product, you will need to return it back to the boutique within 14 days.
How does trading work?
Do you want to trade the item for the same item in a different size or color? Then we can make an exchange for you. Sign up for your exchange here. We will then inform you about the size or color that is still in stock with us. Once the package returns, the new item will be shipped to you.
