Shipping and return policies.

WHEN CAN I RETURN ITS PURCHASED ARTICLES?

You have 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days left to return the product from the time of the return. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, returned in original packaging. To return the order, the return costs are for your own account. Before returning, you can use your online account.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF RETURNING MY ARTICLE?

The following terms and conditions apply for exchange or return:

 

- The clothes are not worn and / or washed.

 

- There are no food spots, makeup spots, body odors or cigarette odors on the items.

 

- There was no attempt to repair a defect.

 

- Jewelery and lingerie can not be returned from a hygienic point of view.

 

- The original tickets and labels are still attached to the item.

 

- If reasonably possible, return the item in its original packaging.

 

- The shipping risk and the cost of returning are for the buyer. Levels recommends the customer to return the return of an item by registered post.

 

- We do not accept inadequate or non-paid return shipments.

 

- In case of product and / or delivery errors, the cost of return is sent on behalf of Levels. We will send a return label by email or will refund the return fee afterwards.

 

- Product and / or delivery errors must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

 

- If our Terms and Conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and to charge you the shipping costs.

WHEN IS THE PURCHASE RETURN BACKED?

Upon termination of the agreement, the purchase price and shipping (no return) will be paid to your account within 14 days.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs incurred by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the date on which the consumer notifies him of the cancellation. Unless the entrepreneur offers the product itself, he may wait for repayment until he has received the product or demonstrates to the consumer that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The vendor uses the same means of payment used by the consumer for repayment unless the consumer agrees with another method. The refund is free for the consumer.

HOW DOES IT COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS IN A CROSS?

When replacing an item, LEVELS does not charge the shipping costs.

I WANT TO RETURN ITEMS, MUST I PAY THIS SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes, the return costs are for your own account. PostNL charges € 6.95 for shipping the package.

HOW LONG DURING IT AT A HOUSE FOR I HAVE MY NEW ORDER IN HOUSE?

Upon receipt of the return package, we will ship the new items to you within 10-14 business days (if in stock). You will receive the shipping confirmation within 10-14 days on the mail.

CAN I SELL PRODUCT TO RETURN?

Yes, this is possible. You can return SALE items under the same conditions.

I MISS MY PACKAGE AND I WANT TO RETURN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
