Returns & Exchanges
We have a no fuss returns policy and will exchange, credit or refund goods if returned within 28 days in pristine condition.
Please request a return by sending an email to email@example.com or by using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your product.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Once we receive your return, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund.
Unfortunately we do not cover shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and order number.
For your own protection, please make sure all parcels are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take
responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please get in
touch with us as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form
stating your order number and the nature of the fault. We will review your complaint and respond as quickly as
possible. You can exchange the damaged product in the original packaging.
As soon as we have received the damaged product, we can send you a replacement at no cost.
