Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order.

Shipping

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of payment being received by Kukka, using a tracked service if applicable.
We send all orders via MyParcel or Post NL delivery.

Shipping Costs

You will find the details at your check-out. The shipping costs will be added to your order.

Within the Netherlands (1-2 working days):
Orders over € 35: FREE

Within the European Union (3-7 working days):
Orders over € 200: FREE

Rest of the world (3-9 working days):
Orders over € 200: FREE

Notes
Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Local Taxes

Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes when applicable.

Redirecting

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2
or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund;
however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
