How to order

HOW TO ORDER.

Fourteen easy steps for a safe transaction.

• 1. We accept orders from all countries worldwide, except those countries where we have a dealership.
• 2. The buyer decide to buy a product and put it in the basket.
• 3. The buyer completes the requested information, address details, phone number, etc....
• 4. Mention a delivery address where someone is available between 9am and 5pm, home or working address.
• 5. Select the method of payment.
• 6. We set up the final details of the sale and forward the buyer a order confirmation.
• 7. The buyer makes the payment.
• 8. We require full payment prior shipping.
• 9. We ship the product(s) to the buyer.
• 10. You will always receive an e-mail with the tracking number after the products have left our warehouse.
• 11. The buyer will receive the package in 2-14 days based on the final shipping address.
• 12. You will always receive an invoice.
• 13. If you are buying for a company don`t forget to mention your VAT number.
• 14. All prices mentioned on the website are including 19% VAT.
